Make sure the car is empty and clean. I use vinegar and water mix to wash off areas in the car--including the seats, dash and so on. I'd rent a carpet cleaner and use the upholstery attachment to clean the seats if they are fabric. Add a bottle of Odor Remover to the cleaning solution. They sell it where they rent carpet cleaners. Also, you can add the odor remover to a bucket of soapy water and wipe down the interior. If the seats aren't fabric, you can skip renting the carpet cleaner, but still buy a bottle of odor remover and add it to soapy water. SPRAY WITH PERFUME OR USE SOMETHING THAT SMELLS STRONG.

To remove the seats in a 1996 Toyota Tercel, start by locating the bolts securing the seats to the floor. Use a socket wrench to remove these bolts, typically found at the front and rear of the seat base. Once the bolts are removed, carefully lift the seat out of the car, ensuring you disconnect any wiring for power seats or airbags if applicable. Repeat the process for the rear seats, which may require removing additional fasteners or clips.

Use Lysol spray .
For the front seats, use the latch that moves your seats back and forth and move the seat all the way forward. The seat should pop out from the car. For the back seat, there should be a couple of bolts and then all you have to do it pull the bottom out-rear first.
