Standing in the front of the engine: It will be on the left bottom rear side of the engine. You will have to lay under the engine to see it.

The only one I can think of is the exhaust Y-pipe may not fit from the 305 to the 350.
If you follow the top radiator hose to the engine you will see were it clamps on to a housing that is bolted to the engine. Remove the 2 bolts in the housing and it will be under that.
