That is a code for the air bag diagnostic monitor internal thermal fuse blown due to an intermittent short to the ground. Your vehicle needs to be repaired because the air bag will not go off in an accident with this problem.
Have vehicle scanned to determine the problem
Cycle the ignition on/off/on/off/on and count the flashes of the check engine light. A pattern of two flashes, pause, two flashes would be a code 22.
There is a problem with your airbag system. Some vehicles will blink to display a diagnostic trouble code. For example 10 flashes, pause and 3 flashes, will indicate the trouble code 13.
Count flashes, for example three flashes and tree second pause and then three flashes and six seconds pause and starts again (it shows 5 times the fault code) indicates fault code 33 which means driver's side pretensioner self-test fault.

Turn on the switch, and hold the override switch. Count the number of flashes for the first number of fault, then wait for a pause in the flash, then count the number of flashes for the second digit in the fault. Count the number of flashes until it cycles back around. Examples of codes would be 2 yellow or red flashes, then a pause, then 5 yellow or red flashes then a pause would be a code 25
Turn the ignition key on,off,on,off then on and count the the flashes of the check engine symbol .It flashes the first number then there is a short pause then it flashes the second number. Example 24 ( two flashes and a pause then four flashes). Look up this number in Chilton's/Haynes or the shop manual for the vehicle
Mine does it, too. The flashes are a series, decodable just like the self-diagnostic codes from the Check Engine light: a series of flashes, a pause, and then a second series of flashes, a longer pause, repeat. I have been unable to findany information as to what the codes are or mean. However, usually it means that the AWD computer is not receiving a signal from one or more of the wheel sensors. Check the wiring to ensure that there are no breaks.

On some vehicles turning the key on, off,on,off,on will make the check engine light flash the code. Three flashes, pause, three flashes would be 33 for example. If that doesn't work you will have to have it checked with a scan tool.
