This is your Traction Control which prevents wheel spin. Turn it on and leave it on. The traction control comes on with each key cycle The button is to turn the traction control OFF If you want wheel spin or need to run vehicle on a dynomometer or hoist
The R off button beside the TC (traction control) is the reverse sensor and beeper.
Hit the Hazard button it will be a triangled shaped button

The hazard switch is located on the button itself. In a 1999 Honda Civic find the hazard button, which is located on the dashboard.

hi, if the TC light is on (orange) then it means you have your traction controle switched off, if it's the switchble type there should be a button on your center console that says TC push that and it will turn the traction controle on again makeing the light (orange) go out. When the TC is on the TC light should only flash on and off again briefly if the wheels try to spin then go back out again. If it fails to go out from pushing the TC button in or your vectra doesn't have switchble TC then there is probably a fault with your TC.....Hope that helps.
