The Transmission Control Module (TCM) on a 1997 Plymouth Voyager is typically located on the driver's side of the vehicle, near the transmission. It is often mounted on or near the transmission itself or on the firewall. To access it, you may need to remove some components or covers in the engine compartment. Always refer to a service manual for specific instructions and safety precautions.

The Body Control Module for a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager should just pull out, but in some models it has been screwed in so you may need a Phillips screwdriver to loosen it.
located under the right side of the steering column under dash
It is on the left side firewall as you face engine as this is where they are on the 98's. It is a Square / Rectangular box with a large plug that comes from the top. It is held on by a single bolt so look for the plug. It is large enough not to be mistaken as anything else. If you find the plug, the Transmission Control Module is what it is connected to. Hope this helps.
If a Plymouth Voyager transmission won't shift out of second gear, it could be due to several issues, such as low transmission fluid levels, a faulty transmission control module, or a malfunctioning shift solenoid. Additionally, problems with the throttle position sensor or a clogged filter can affect shifting performance. It's advisable to check the transmission fluid and inspect for any error codes before seeking professional diagnostics and repairs.
