there could be any of at least three engines in that vehicle. The first and probably most likely is a v6 which i believe is a 4.3L, The second is a V8 305 or 5.0L and the third is a v8 350 or 5.7L. There is also the possibility of the 454 but it is unlikely you wouldn't know that's what you had. If someone has modified the engine it could be a 383 stroker. But I wouldn't get my hopes up. Count the spark plug wires. If it has 6 its a v6 if it has 8 its a v8.
Even better if you radiator shroud is intact and the stickers are still on it, it should say what size engine came with the truck.
