The washer pumps are not specifically mentioned in the Freestar Owners Manual fusebox information.
But... All previous Windstar models had the pumps on the same fuses/relays as the wipers.

Check on the washer solvent tank. If it is not there you will see the washer solvent hose, follow it to your pump.
Check underneath the windshield washer bottle

The windshield washer pump on a 2002 Camry might have quit working because of a hole in a vacuum line. Also, inspect the washer fluid tank for leaks and check the pump and pump fuse.
The fluid not spraying could be a clogged line or disconnected line or bad windshield washer motor. The rear wiper not working could be a bad wiper motor in the rear or unhooked linkage or fuse or relay. Check the fuses etc first.
Should be the same as the wipers--Check to see if you are getting power to the washer pump - if so could be a bad washer pump
Check for a broken/damaged wire on the sensor that is near the bottom of the washer tank.
you should check your electrical connection at the "pump" terminal if there's no power then trace that wire back and see where the problem is.
