High grade gasoline will do nothing to stop a missing engine nor will it give better mileage or power. It is a total waste of money to run a higher octane fuel that is recommended. In fact high octane fuel burns slower than regular. The fuel injector cleaner may stop the missing if the problem is a clogged injector. If not, the it will do no good. What you need to do is tune the engine up if you have not done so recently. New plugs and plug wires. A vacuum leak will also cause a miss at idle.
