If you have not changed the Oxygen sensors I would do that. The O2 sensors ( which are a maintance item) need to be replaced when you have incorrect fuel delivery problems. Mark I had the same codes on my 96 Silverado and it was my fuel pump. Usually your 02 sensors will have a {no activity},{no response} or {heater circuit malfunction} when they are bad.
