Baro sensor has to do with altitude. The higher the altitude the less air gets sucked into the engine. It helps adjust the air fuel ratio. Cars that drive into the mountains may experience drivability problems because the computer is used to a lower altitude and cars the are used to the mountain air may have problems because they are used to the thinner air. Either way, the computer is "supposed" to adjust over time.
where is a baro sensor on a zafira 2005
A
A barometric sensor, or baro sensor, measures atmospheric pressure and is typically used in vehicles to assist with engine management and fuel efficiency. In the 2004 Lexus GX470, the baro sensor is usually integrated into the engine control unit (ECU) or located near the intake manifold. It helps the ECU adjust fuel mixture and ignition timing based on altitude changes and atmospheric conditions. Proper functioning of the baro sensor is essential for optimal engine performance.
inside the ecu
Some mechanics will tell you it is built into the PCM, however, some parts houses show a MAP/Baro Sensor separate from the PCM. On a 2001 the MAP sensor is located on the passenger side on the firewall about 12 inches to the left of the back of the valve cover.
To the best of my knowledge Daewoo ceased Lanos production in 1992.
P 1106 = Baro sensor performance failure.
I don't know if it is the same as the Ford Mustang , but the BAP sensor was mounted on the firewall - good luck
I believe that is manifold absolute / baro pressure sensor out of range
Baro's population is 6,059.
Trouble code P0106 means: Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor Range/Performance
Baro Kunda's population is 2,125.
