Kick panels are the interior trim panels , in front of the front doors , beside
the drivers left foot and the front passengers right foot

I just found mine. Find the fuse panel on the left side of the kick panel. You almost have to stand on your head to get at the kick panel, I used a mirror. Take out the 3 screws out of the kick panel. The blinker module is on the back of the fuse panel which is attached to the kick panel.
