Probable cause

1 Faulty O2 sensor (H02S12 (Bank 1 Sensor 2)) It's the O2 sensor after the cat

2 Poor connection at oxygen sensor

3 Check circuit fuse (fuse box under the hood by the battery #13 fuse)
