The TL CTSY 20 amp fuse on a 1989 S10 Blazer controls the interior courtesy lights. This fuse is responsible for providing power to the lights that illuminate the interior of the vehicle when the doors are opened or the interior light switch is activated. If this fuse blows, the interior courtesy lights will not function, potentially leading to reduced visibility and convenience within the vehicle.

my Oldsmobile has a short on fuse # 15 what does ctsy power mirror lock ltr all stand for
I think it might be for your courtesy lights.
The ctsy fuse is for your courtesy lights. These include your dome lights, vanity mirror lights, and any other small misc. lights in your truck.
It is a circuit fuse in a vehicle. The fuse is used to protect the courtesy/clock circuit.
Try unhooking the wires to the switches on your doors that activate your [ctsy fuse] which means DOME LIGHTS !!!!! Replace the fuse if good, hook each door up one at a time. The one that blows the fuse is the bad one !!!!!!!!!
If you have no dash lights at all on your 1989 S10 Blazer, a blown bulb can be the problem. You should also check the fuse.
the fuse labeled as horn controls the cigarrette lighter
i have one myself..it does the power windows, power locks, etc
It's the 15 amp CTSY/CLK fuse on the fuse panel. The fuse panel is located on the right side of the instrument panel. Open the passenger door and you will see it.
It should be located over by the left kick panel under the dash
