A flashing airbag light with code 32 typically indicates a problem with the seatbelt system or the airbag system itself, often related to the seatbelt buckle or a fault in the passenger seat. To fix this issue, start by checking the seatbelt connections and wiring for any damage or loose connections. If everything appears intact, you may need to reset the airbag system using a diagnostic scanner. If the problem persists, consider consulting a professional mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.

It is an open circuit in the drivers airbag. There is a clockspring behind the steering wheel that may be worn. To replace, remove airbag, steering wheel, column covers, and lower dash cover. MAKE SURE WHEELS ARE STRAIGHT. The new clockspring comes centered with a yellow locking tab. Remove that after installing it.
