My Hanes manual says 9 to 13 psi
9 to 13 LBS. NO higher and NO lower. MUST be within specs.

The fuel pressure regulator on that 94 Chevy V6 is in the throttle body.
With the aid of adapters, you can "T" into the fuel line at the fuel filter and attach a fuel pressure gauge.

From 87 to 95 did not have them. You will have to crack the fuel line alittle to relieve fuel pressure.
