The normal oil pressure for a 1992 Chevy 5.7L 350 engine typically ranges between 25 to 45 psi (pounds per square inch) at idle and around 45 to 65 psi at higher engine speeds. It is important to note that oil pressure can vary based on factors such as engine condition, oil viscosity, and operating temperature. Monitoring oil pressure regularly can help identify any potential issues with the engine's lubrication system.
Need to know the year.
No turbo 350's in 1992.
No, the 1992 Chevy 350 (5.7L) V8 is not a Vortec engine.
No it will not. Now it will bolt right in there but the transmission will not work and the fuel pump in the fuel tank has to much fuel pressure for a carburetor
There is no difference,,,
Need to know the year. Please ask your question again with that info.Thank you NEUTZ.
I have a 1974 Chevy truck with the 350 V8 and the engine is in good shape. At idle the oil pressure is 35-40 PSI, at driving speed it goes up to about 50 PSI. Hope this helps.
