No sequence really.
Just use common sense, drivers side front is the shortest, so go with it first, then do the other front.
same for the back drivers side is shortest, then do the passengers side.
This way you won't leave any bubbles upstream of the last cylinder.
A 1991 Jeep Wrangler uses DOT 3 brake fluid.

A 2000 Jeep Wrangler would use Dot 3 brake fluid. Dot 4 is also acceptable. Just do not use Dot 5, it is not compatible.
