The divided highway has some type of physical barrier between traffic flow.
A Parkway is a thoroughfare with side strips planted with grass or trees. A Highway is just a main road between towns and cities
Any road may be a highway, an Interstate is larger and usually funded by a federal government

An interstate highway is a limited access highway that is meant for commute. It includes no property entrances, and interchanges at high speed. Speeds range from 65 to 75 mph (about 90 to 105 km/h).

when looking to buy a new stratocastor, i went to Sam Ash and saw this new "highway one" model. i asked the guy and he told me that they are American made, but overall, that is the only difference between the Mexican fenders and highway ones. but. American made means more inspection and less things can go wrong. still, i ended up buying an American standard stratocastor and am pretty happy with it.
