None, TH stands for turbo-hydromatic, hence th350 or 350 turbo.
The 350 turbo is a good transmission but the 400 turbo will take more abuse.

Remove the trans and take it to a transmission repair shop.
The Buick 350 V8 engine and the Chevrolet L6 and V8 engines share the same bolt pattern. Pontiac and Oldsmobile 350 V8 engines share their own bolt pattern. There were also TH 350 transmissions that had dual bolt patterns and fit all 350 GM engines.
350 and 400 models had the TH-350, the 454 models had the TH-400
Yes...it will bolt right up. Not a problem at all. The only problem you would encounter is if your car originally had the 200-4R automatic with overdrive. Then the trans cross member would have to be changed. But if you are changing from the metric 200 trans to the 350 it's a direct swap. Just make sure to use the 350 torque converter as I'm not sure if they will interchange. The only thing you'd have to do is run a vacuum line to the modulator on the TH 350. Most of the newer transmissions didn't have this line.
Th350 is a three speed transmission, where as the 700r4 is a four speed automatic fourth gear being an overdrive.
