What is the difference in sbc 305 cast numbers 14010201 14010202 14010203?

if car has an HEI ingition than the coil is on top of dist cap on the drivers side of dist u will see some wires the outside most is 2 single wires the cap is stamped with bat and tach remove wire connector in bat terminal and check for power with key on if no power check fuses or ignition key switch if u have power the problem is in the distutor change cap and rotor as part of your tune up check all wire connections and clean any dirt or water if still no spark u may have a bad pickup coil this should be changed as part of a good tune up as well the only thing else i know of is the coil itself although rarly they go bad too
