The relay is located in the engine compartment drivers side. Their is a plastic box between the fire wall and the fender well. Open the lid and you will find relays and fuses. the pump relay is the one in the second one in the front . the windshield wiper, ac etc. use the same relay and are interchangeable (FOR DIAGNOISING THE PROBLEM ONE COULD SWITCH THEM AROUN.
