do you mean the switch ,that will make themstay oee until you turn them on manuelly? if so its on the left side of steering wheel ,next to the pull out light switch,the same one you use to adjust interiour lights to stay on
The brake light fuse on a 1987 Thunderbird is located on the back of the headlight switch. It is not in the fuse box.
Reach under the dash and you will feel a button that you push in on the switch itself. Then you can just pull it out from behind.
The 1999 Cadillac Deville headlight relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The headlight relay switch will be in the third column, second from the top.

The fuse block is part of the headlight switch. Look under the dash just below the headlight switch and you will find it plainly visible.
If I remember correctly, the 96 I used to have had the headlight switch at the end of the turn signal lever, and the 95 should have the same setup.
The 55 through 57 Thunderbird used fuses in line. Each item that was fuse protected had a fuse in the power wire to that item. Only exception was the headlight and that fuse was on the light switch.

On a 2002 Ford Explorer : On the headlight switch , select automatic , park lights, or low beam headlights and pull the headlight switch out towards you to turn the fog lights on ( push the switch in again to turn the fog lights off )

You might have automatic lights. The sensor is on top of the dash on the left side. If you have that there is a switch to turn it off.
