The fuse box is usually to the bottom left of your steering wheel. Take the cover off and you will see all of the fuses. Check your owners manual for the correct fuse to change or if you dont have a manual you can remove and check all fuses manually. Just look for the one with a blown wire inside, you will know when you see it.
Why ? Just replace it.
The brake light switch is bad. It's under the dash, and is switched by the movement of the brake pedal.
Check the brake light switch ,on the brake pedal. Might need adjusting.

Sounds like a bad Brake Light Switch. It's located on the steering column.
APPLY BRAKES AND SEE IF BRAKE LIGHTS COME ON. IF NO BRAKE LIGHTS, REPLACE THE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH LOCATED ON THE BRAKE PEDAL ARM AND THIS SHOULD ALLOW YOU TO SHIFT OUT OF PARK. IF THAT BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH IS BROKE, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET IT OUT OF PARK
Your Brake Lights. It's mounted on the Steering Column and is very easy to change. Around $10 at your local parts store.
