1000 pounds. That is why it is called a half ton pickup.
With the automatic transmission, aprox 4,650 lbs.
It can vary depending on which engine it is equipped with, whether it is a 4x4, and what other options it is equipped with, but it is probably somewhere in the vicinity of 5,500 lbs.
No
4980 lbs for an LS Extended Cab short bed 4x4 ZR2
You must drop the fuel tank or slide the bed back far enough to access the pump.
under the bed of the truck you will see the 2 frame rails running paralle front to back. There is prolly gonn be 3 bolts on each frame rail conecting to the bed. remove those and 4 guys should be able to lift the bed off.dont forget to disconnect the gas hose neck
As long as the hole match and the bed size are the same I don't see why not.
I believe it is 19 gallons ( U.S. ) front tank on your 1987 F150 long bed
If it's still there, check the sticker on the drivers door latch area. Body side.
The gross weight is located on the door jam of the drivers door. It depends on several points of info. (2x4 or 4x4, 2 door, ext cab, crew cab, long bed or short bed, auto or manual). Another way to find this info is to go to the Ford dealer service department near you with the year, make and model. I own a 92 f350 4x4 crew cab and the gross weight is over 10000 lbs. (NO SMOG inspection). Good luck
On the crew cab, the with the 5' 8" bed, the solenoid is on the front-drivers side corner of the gas tank.
The 1986 GMC 4 x 4 pickup truck has a gross vehicle weight of 3867 pounds. The gross vehicle weight takes into consideration the weight of all fluids and a spare tire.
