the oil type should be T76 5w-30. i don't use synthetic, but if you suspect sludge buildup, go to your local advance auto parts and ask for seafoam. it's like a dry gas type liquid, but it can clear up sticky lifters and valves when added to oil. run it around the block a few times before changing the oil.
