By lifter order do you mean the order the push rods go in? If so, I don't remember the exact order....it's been a while. I can tell you that the intake valve uses the short push rod and the exhaust uses the long one.

how did you turn them on? Usually located near the steering whell, the symbol could be a red triangle. either push in or pull out
You simply pull the lighter holder out and detach the wiring. To put in the new one, attach the wires and push the holder back in.
To turn it off that's all you have to do is push down on the lcd light. It will light up different and that's how you know its off.
