I have a 1993 S10 Blazer and I filled up yesterday with 338.2 miles on the last full tank it took 16.258 gallons for a mpg of 20.8, when I first got the blazer a couple of years ago the mileage was terrible, I changed the plugs to Bosch Platinum, changed the oxygen sensor, changed the oil and filter using Castrol Syntec 10 w 30 and changed the air filter. The major causes of my bad mileage was a bad air filter and Oxygen sensor. Here is a link to mileage figures for a 93 Blazer with a 4.3 litre engine, you can search for a 92 when you get there. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/noframes/10538.shtml
