Correct tire pressure is listed in your owners manual or printed on the certification label usually on the end of the inside of the driver's door (open the door and it should be on the end). There should be a sticker with tire pressure as well as other information such as GVWR. Please note this applies to the standard tire size only. The pressure listed on the tire is the maximum pressure the tire manufacturer has rated the tire for not necessarily the needed tire pressure for the s10 as recommended by GM. Related to this - s10s need 95 lb-ft of torque on the lug nuts per the owner's manual (reference of 1996 s10), but my certification label is worn off and I am not sure what the recommended tire pressure is. If you can check your s10, please update this answer as I can't find it anywhere.
32 psi
I can not swear to it on your 95 but on my 94 suburban the jack is on the drivers side under the cupholder on the rear wheel well in front of the spare tire. hope this helps.
The original tire size on a 95 Jeep Rio Grande is 15 inches. The recommended sizes for a stock model are P215/75R15 or P225/75R15.
