I think it's a 17mm....if I remember correctly. Maybe a 16mm.

When standing facing the Suburban, the radiator drain plug is on the lower right-hand side of the radiator. Drain the radiator coolant into a bucket by turning the drain plug three-quarters of a turn to loosen.

The engine oil drain plug on a 2002 Chevy Astro van is located on the passenger side of the undercarriage. The oil pan with the drain plug is actually located behind the front bumper in this area. The drain plug is not at the bottom of the oil pan like most other vehicles.
There should be a drain plug on the lower driver's corner of the radiator. Needless to say, the engine should be cool before you do this.
There isn't one. You have to remove the lower radiator hose, which is a poor design.
