In a 1995 Cadillac Eldorado, the fuel pressure regulator is located on the fuel rail, which is situated on top of the engine. It is typically found near the fuel injectors and can be identified by a vacuum line connected to it. Accessing it may require removing some engine covers or components for better visibility and reach. Be sure to relieve the fuel system pressure before attempting to service it.
Yes, you can swap the sub-frame from a 1995 Cadillac Seville SLS to a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado, as both vehicles share similar platform designs. However, when swapping the Northstar engine, while they are similar, you should verify compatibility with engine mounts and electronics, as there may be slight differences between the two model years. starter is inside engine.yes I said inside.intake valley and injection system removed, starter is in valley.Big job!!!here it is!The starter on a northstar engine is located beneath the upper intake plenum. This is correct. I have had one replaced on a 95 eldorado. I suggest you go to your favorite auto parts, buy the starter and take car and starter to GM and let them change it. Buying the starter yourself will save around 300.00. .
It will vary by location and where you get it from, however it is inexpensive, $10ish give or take.
