Front disc brake caliper bleeder screw: between 13-18 ft. lbs
The Helm factory service manual states that the front should be 118 pounds. The rear specs should be 89 pounds.
I don't have 2000 specs, but according to the 2004 Sienna Repair Manual the torque spec for the front brake caliper mounting bolts is 79 ft-lbs and the torque spec for the brake pad pins is 25 ft-lbs.
The manual for the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 states that the torque on the front brake calipers should be set at 250 foot pounds. A proper torquing tool should be used.

Have to know what year and make. Although there are torque specs for almost every fastener on a vehicle, almost nobody uses them, that is, outside of building engines, and transmissions, rearend/transaxles-critical applications, etc.

There is no torque specs. on that. Just make sure it's tight and be carefull not to brake it off.
