You can use almost any type of coolant. The coolant that General Motors them self suggest using is called Dexcool.
The GM antifreeze is more expensive and the only tangible differences are 1 the color and 2 the life of the product. "Dexcool" which is just a more expensive, longer lasting coolant. You are able to introduce Prestone or Wal-Mart brand or whatever you like into the system. It will all work fine and will NOT hurt your system, I promise.
dex - cool orange coolant ,any coolant flush
check your manuel
You coolant level sensor has stopped working, my 93 olds regency is doing the same thing. You will need to goto the a Buick/GM dealership to get the part, it plugs into the side of the radiator.
To actually "flush" the coolant in this vehicle you will need a flush machine. To do that we did at the dealership, drain the radiator (you need a 1/4 inch ratchet and 1 inch extension) then use a vacuum fill too to fill with new coolant.
total coolant capacity of 3.8L buick regal custom? doing a radiator flush so i need to know how much coolant to buy
what size of car battery do i need for a 2003 buick lesabre
You need to have a cooling system pressure test to determine as to where it is leaking now. Repair the leak and it should be okay.
I need a new battery for my 89 buick century 4 door 6 cyl. Does anyone know the battery size?
Yes, on Buick Century 1991 you need to replace the whole hub, it is much easier than replacing individual bearings.
need more information, what kind of Buick and what size engine.

The low coolant sensor on a 1995 Buick Roadmaster is typically located in the coolant reservoir tank. It is usually positioned near the bottom of the tank, where it can detect the coolant level. To access it, you may need to remove the reservoir tank from the vehicle. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for specific details and procedures.
