The amount of Freon that goes into a 1995 Chevy Suburban depends on whether or not their is just front AC or front and rear AC. If the Chevy Suburban on front AC only it takes 3.0 pounds of r134a Freon. If there is front and rear AC then it takes4.25 pounds of r134a Freon.
The stock tires for a Crown Victoria are P225-60-R15, provided you haven't changed wheels.

OEM refrigrant was R12 unless it has been converted to R134a.
all freon goes in at same place. all freon goes thru the one pumponly the switch on controls diverts it between front and back
there is something wrong with your switch in the door you may have to change it
Take the old one out, and go to your local auto parts.
