Well, honey, for that vintage ride of yours, you'll want to stick with good ol' conventional motor oil. Go for a 10W-30 grade to keep that engine purring like a kitten. Just make sure you change it regularly, or that Cutlass might just decide to retire on you.

The type of oil one can use in a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass is either 10 W 30 or 20w-50. This oil can be purchased at any auto parts store.
R12 if Factory and if someone retro-fitted it, there should be a sticker signifying the charge with R134. Best to take it to a shop with an ID capable machine (they'll bill you for the labor)
14 to 16 mpg in city driving roughly. Around 20 mpg highway. Its pretty good for a big car.
