In 4WD it will do this because it's trying to turn both front wheels at the same rate of speed thus "barking" the inside wheel of the turn
You did not say what year it was, and that makes a difference. But you can check these things--- U-joints in front drive shaft, Front CV joints and axel shafts.
Assuming this is a front wheel drive vehicle, a CV joint in one of the halfshafts is going bad.
1 wheels need to be balanced 2.drive lines need to be checked
I would suspect you have a broken motor mount. If that is not the case, then you need to inspect all suspension parts, and the drive shaft universal joints.
sounds like you need a tune-up

She's turning 16 this year on sep 1!!
You bet it can. A bent or out of balance drive shaft will cause serious shaking. A defective U-Joint will also cause it to shake and is very dangerous.
Well, voltage wise, you have a lot going on when your are cranking over the engine, so some flutter, or shake is normal.
What make the steering wheel shake is the tires that need wheel balance.
shake something and it makes a sound
The faults makes the land "break" or seperate. Also it makes the land to shake. Also, the earthquakes shake the land. That's how they're similar.
