The 2.5L engine in a Jeep Comanche can be interchanged with the 2.5L engine from other Jeep models, such as the Jeep Cherokee (XJ) from the same era. Additionally, the 2.5L engine used in the Jeep Wrangler (YJ) is also compatible. It's important to ensure that the engine's year and specifications match to facilitate a smooth interchange. Always verify compatibility with engine mounts and other components before proceeding with the swap.

The Comanche often used long poles, and Buffalo hides. Comanche used Buffalo as a main source....
You could do it but it would be much cheaper to just buy a good used 1990 GMC 4+4 truck and drive it.
jeep didnt make a wrangler in 1996. you may have a late model 1995, or if it has round headlights you have a 1997 tj. They used green coolant in the 1990's

The Comanche word for grandma is "nʉ́ʉp." This term is used to refer to a grandmother in the Comanche language, which is part of the Uto-Aztecan language family. The Comanche language has rich cultural significance and is integral to the identity of the Comanche people.
No, the bolt pattern is totally different. You may be able to find an adapter, if you search. I know of none. I believe that the Jeep 2.8 and the Chevy 2.8 are the same motor, both made by GM and used in the Comanche, Cherokee, Blazer and S-10. If you are planning on replacing the motor I recommend using the cheaper, better built 2.5. They have roughly the same torque and you'll only be losing about 5-10hp which you can make up with a "cold air" kit and throttle body spacer.
Rupees are used in India, not by "Indians" (Native Americans like the Comanche) in America. So no, the Comanche never used rupees.
The Comanche Indians were known as the Lords of the Southern Plains due to their expert horsemanship. Horses were a vital part of the Comanche lifestyle, used for hunting, raiding, and transportation.
