I've owned a '95 F150 now for 11 yrs. Typically what I have done is run 5w-30 in the winter time and 10w-30 in the summer. The reason being, that the cold winter months, the oil can get thick like molasses. So using a lighter weight oil pumps easier and circulates easier. Just the opposite for the hot summer months. Hope this helps!
