your going to need a t-40 torx socket.
Remove the caliper and the rotor just comes off. Might have to us a hammer and bang it a few times.
Its time to replace it.
Take off brake caliper and then hit the rotor with a hammer near the wheel bearing to break the seal between the rotor and axle shaft
look at the bracket where your rear veiw mirror attaches to the windshield,,, ok then on the bottom side there is a little hexagon screw,,,take it out with a small Allen wrench,,then slip the rear veiw mirror up off the steel base that is glued to the winsheild itself,, you should have no problem
Front brake job. 1994 ford tempoWhen you pull the tire off take a #T30 Star Key not an Allen key to remove the brake caliper. Check the rotor see if its needs to be cut or replaced. Put your freshly cut rotor on or new rotor on. After this take a C-Clamp and a socket (any size deep recommended) and start tightining the C-Clamp to recomprese the piston on your caliper. If the caliper doesn't easly comprese the piston is seized and your going to have to replace the caliper, if the piston compreses put your new brake shoes/pads on starting with the rear pad (the small one) then the front (the bigger one). Slide the caliper on and tighten the star keys and your done. P.S Take the caliper off starting with the top first then the bottom and do the exact opposite to put it back on.

Make sure to follow safety precautions and consult a repair manual for specific torque specifications.

To replace the front wheel bearing on a 1988 Ford Tempo, first, lift the vehicle and remove the wheel. Next, disconnect the brake caliper and rotor to access the wheel hub assembly. Remove the hub assembly by unbolting it from the steering knuckle, and then press out the old bearing using a bearing press or a suitable tool. Install the new bearing into the hub, reassemble the components in reverse order, and ensure everything is properly torqued and secured.
To loosen the distributor in a 1993 Ford Tempo, first, disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent any electrical issues. Then, remove any components obstructing access to the distributor, such as the air intake hose or ignition wires. Locate the distributor hold-down bolt, usually at the base of the distributor; use a socket or wrench to loosen the bolt. Once loose, you can rotate the distributor slightly for timing adjustments or remove it for replacement.
