Go to Youtube or CarDomain.com and type in Buick Regals 1997.5-2004 and stroll through the photos you'll find Regals with even 28" wheels. I couldn't believe it till I seen it. I own a 1997.5 Regal LS and I'm doing 24s this Spring.
