The dodge D100,150,200,250,300,350 are all medium/heavy duty trucks which were produced as 2wd trucks, the power wagon badge was placed on those d100-350 trucks which came with 4x4 or full time 4x4.
disconnect everything connected to the axle (make sure you label everything and where it came from) line up new axle and follow your lables and reconnect (if you have the axle out may as well change the front driveshaft universal joints while you're at)

1987 Dodge Lancer's came equipped with R-12 freon in the air conditioning system.
The engine depends on what year of truck you are talking about but as far as the 60's and 70's go. The Dodge D100 came with a 170 cubic inch slant 6, the more popular 225 cubic inch slant 6, and from there it jumped to a v8 the 318, 360 or 361 depending on the year and from there it went to a big block 383 optional.
The rear axle has avent hose on the left side. The hose goes on the stud that holds the brake line block the the axle tube.
Have the codes read, and fix the cause. May be the rear axle speed sensor.
