To properly use a seat post shim to adjust the size of your bike's seat post for a better fit, you should first measure the diameter of your seat post and the diameter of your bike frame's seat tube. Then, choose a shim that fits snugly between the two sizes. Insert the shim into the seat tube and then insert the seat post into the shim. Make sure everything is securely in place before riding to ensure a comfortable and safe fit.
There are two bolts on the bottom side of the starter, they have 15mm head size.
Generaly you would pull the starter off and install them between the starter and the engine block. They come in several thickness so from there it is trial and error until you find the right size. And you need to be sure the ring gear is still ok. If not you could hit a dead spot and the started wont catch.
The wrench size should be 15mm.
