5/8" peanut plug socket
Use a spark plug socket with extensions.
Spark Plug size is standard and there is a socket you can get at the Hardware store. You will need a 3" extention and a 3/8" drive rachet.
I have a 2003 Escape and it took a 7 mm socket.

Begin by removing the spark plug wire from the top of your 2003 VW spark plug. Remove the spark plug with a 5/8 deep well socket, by turning the socket to the left. Reverse the process to install your new spark plugs.
Remove the socket from the rear of the fixture, remove faulty bulb from socket and replace with good bulb and replace socket in fixture. Fini!
Remove the coil pack for the spark plug. With a deep socket or spark plug socket, remove the plug. Taking care to not cross thread or bend the plug tip, screw in the new plug to approximately 13 pounds of torque. Replace the coil pack. Repeat for each plug.
To replace the spark plugs on a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the ignition coils by unscrewing them and pulling them out, then carefully extract the old spark plugs using a spark plug socket and ratchet. Install the new spark plugs by hand to avoid cross-threading, then torque them to the manufacturer's specifications. Finally, reattach the ignition coils and reconnect the battery terminal.
First you remove the plastic engine cover on top of the valve cover. Then you remove the wires from each of the three coils, then you remove the bolt holding each coil and remove coil. Down in that hole is the spark plug, remove with socket and replace.
To remove a spark plug from a 2003 KIA Rio, you will need a 16mm (or 5/8 inch) spark plug socket. It's important to use a socket with a rubber or magnetic insert to help grip the spark plug. Additionally, a ratchet and extension may be necessary to provide better leverage and access to the plugs.
You can remove the spark plugs in your 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse by turning the spark plugs to the left. You should use a 5/8 deep well socket. The spark plugs will come out.
