Remove the front tires, from your Pontiac Grand Prix. Remove the brakes and rotors. Unbolt the axle from the suspension. Remove the axle.

The front bearings are sold as a hub/bearing assembly. procedure is pretty simple, remove wheel, brake caliper and rotor, axle nut, and 3 bolts attaching hub asm to spindle. no special tools, except large socket for axle nut, and possibly a torx socket for hub bolts.

once you remove the retaining tabs off of the washer that are covering the nuts, it takes a 34MM DEEP SOCKET
Getting ready to do the same thing myself--foound out you will need a 34MM deep socket, torque wrench but I am still trying to find torque spec for axle nut--GOOD LUCK
this should be easy to find but it isn't don't know why ! people that right on forums are to stupid to include ........ " remove the axle nut" correction = remove the axle nut using a 29mm socket! how hard was that !!!!!!! 29mm is what you need for that nut !
