You can put 2 6x9 speakers in the doors (one in each), a 4X10 or 4x8 in the dash under the slotted vent, and if your truck has the correct brackets in the B-pillar (behind the door striker) or you pull some from a scrapyard, a 4x10 in each of those. Good luck with the Ram

Replacing a rear differential seal is easy. All you have to do is unbolt the shaft and take out the old seal.
Usually ball and socket
Yes. You need a transmission and new front axel. I would just find one with 4x4.
dodge factory speaker sizes are 6"x9"
For the front speakers you need to take off the dash pad and the rear speakers you need to take off the rear speaker panels.
These diagrams can be easy to find. It is best to look through the users manual or to find an image online.
The Dodge D100 Short Bed was part of the Dodge D Series trucks produced from 1961 to 1980, but specific production numbers for the Short Bed variant are not readily available. Estimates suggest that a significant number were made during its production run, but detailed records for just the Short Bed configuration are scarce. For exact figures, one would need to consult manufacturer records or specialized automotive historical databases.
In the doors its 6 1/2" The dash is 3 1/2" The back is 5" x 7" I just replaced all of my speakers in my 1989 convertible and it sounds amazing!
You are going to need 5 1/4 (5.25") for the front doors and the tailgate. These jeeps only have the 4 speakers.
