To replace the wiper blades on a 2007 Ford 500, first lift the wiper arms away from the windshield. Press the small tab on the wiper blade connector to release the old blade, then slide it off the arm. Align the new wiper blade with the arm and push it on until you hear a click. Finally, lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield and repeat for the other side.
