The 1991 Dodge diesel truck glow plug relay is located in the fuse box. The fuse box is located behind the battery box. The glow plug relay will be in the right upper corner of the box.

If your vehicle was so equipped, it's likely that you'll find a 'male' end of a standard plug (shrouded with a cover....plug and cover are usually BLACK in color), in the front grille area of the truck. Simply remove the shroud and run an extension cord to the male plug provided.
