Overdrive warning? Does it say "Overdrive Off" or "OD Off"? If so, it's not a warning... just an indicator. Most newer vehicles have this feature. On my Explorer it was on the end of the gear shifter. I just pressed the button and turned overdrive off. All it does it change the shift points for your transmission... saves a little gas when turned on (it's usually on by default). It makes my tranny shift at higher rpms so as to "get more" out of each gear... hope this helps.
