These units are sealed. You have to replace the whole unit.
There are two panels built into the fan cover. Open the panel on the side with the bad headlight. Reach in and turn the lamp counter clockwise, and it will loosen and then pop out. Replace it and reverse the procedure. http://centralillinoisentertainment.com
With the hood open, remove the plastic cover the exposes the inside of the headlight. There are 3 clips to remove from the inside, plus the wire harness. The headlight just comes out from the out side then. You might have to replace some of the clips, only found at Ford, and about 7 bucks ea.

The headlight relay is in the Light Control Module (LCM).

There isn't one. There is a self-reseting breaker built into the headlamp switch.
All you will need to change the bulb is a screwdriver and a new bulb. Remove the headlight cover using the screwdriver and remove the burnt out bulb. Once out, you can insert a new bulb into the slot and replace the headlight cover.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your headlight assembly. Remove the headlight assembly retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new headlight assembly.

there are supoosed to be 2 rod behind the headlight assembly take them out pull the headlight assembly out unplug the headlight pull the plastic cover from the back and reach in and take the old bulb out.
