no, the ranger is quite a bit narrower than an f150
The Ford F-150 Lariat has a timing chain, not a timing belt. Unlike a timing belt, there is no need to have the timing chain changed.
Mine is 265/70r17
Under the seat ( according to the Owner Guide )
I believe that is 260 horsepower

the engine is a v6
If you're talking about the inertia switch, in my 1990 F150 XLT Lariat, it's located on the firewall, driver's side, beside the main wiring harness pass-thru, directly below the brake pedal linkage. It's black, with a red indicator on top. I've used it before to drop out the fuel system so I could disassemble the fuel rail.
Since you put this in cars and vehicles I am going to say it's a Ford f150 Lariat with all the options, then pick one of everything from the accessory aisle at the auto parts store and stick it on there.
