You had 3 different engine choices. You could get the base 4.2L V6 that makes 202 horsepower and 260 pound feet of torque. Or, you could get the 4.6L Triton V8 that makes 236 horsepower and 290 pound feet of torque. Then, you could get the biggest, baddest V8 on the market, the 5.4L Triton V8. This truck was THE powerhouse of its time. It made 290 horsepower and 350 pound feet of torque. I know, newer V8s make this look like a baby!!
